If you are not satisfied with the Inno S3 Streaming Add-on, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email support@innosw.net from the email address used at checkout, with your order number (from your Paddle receipt), or use the refund link in your Paddle receipt email.
- Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
- Upon refund, your license key is revoked and you must uninstall the Software and delete all copies, per the Terms of Service & EULA.
Renewals
Subscription renewals are refundable within 14 days of the renewal charge, provided the renewed term's license key has not been used for new deployments. To avoid unwanted renewals, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date via the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing us.
Exceptions
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after the charge are considered case by case and are not guaranteed.
- We may decline refunds in cases of abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-refund cycles, or continued use of the Software after a refund).
- Charges billed to you by third parties (e.g., AWS usage fees, Splunk fees) are not refundable by us under any circumstances.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence (including under the Korean e-commerce consumer protection laws and EU consumer law).
